We provide a quick and accurate mortgage inspection and
report service. Our rates are
for single-family residential properties only. Follow this link to view

turn-around time from placing an order to faxing a copy to the client is
5-7 business days. If you have
specific requirements due to a tight closing schedule, please contact us.
Our report includes a sketch of the property boundary
based on the legal description, which needs to be furnished to us by the
client. We will locate man-made
major improvements on the sketch, and indicate whether we have found any
encroachments or possible title problems.
We do not mark property corners or property lines when
we do our field work for this type of report. If you need a boundary survey,
